Background
Part of the John Lewis Partnership, Greenbee was launched in 2006 to meet a growing demand from customers for leisure, travel and financial products from a company that they could trust. The range of products and services offered are very distinctive and are specially chosen with John Lewis Partnership customers in mind. The latest addition to the suite of greenbee.com’s financial services was to be car insurance with the requirement that the product line provided the excellent quality, good value and commitment to service expected by Greenbee customers.
The Solution
Fortis were able to satisfy the Greenbee requirement for a first rate car insurance product. Greenbee Car Insurance has a Defaqto five star rating, and is available for Third Party, Third Party Fire and Theft and Comprehensive Cover. Benefits of the Greenbee Comprehensive Cover include no claims discount up to 75 per cent as standard (with optional protected no claims discount for two claims in three years), windscreen cover as standard that won’t affect no claims discount, a courtesy car during repairs or write-off, European cover for up to 90 days, and personal accident cover up to £10,000. In addition customers can take advantage of three levels of rescue breakdown cover, legal expenses for up to £100,000 and an upgraded replacement car.
